Author Guidelines
Paper format
Submitted papers must follow the IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, ten-point font in the text. The length of submitted papers can be from 6 to 8 pages including figures and references. Papers must be submitted in PDF format.
LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates can be found in the IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings website:
- Authors using Microsoft Word should use the US Letter template and follow the instructions within the template document.
- Authors using LaTex should include the \documentclass[conference]{IEEEtran} option in their latex file and follow the instructions in the IEEEtran_HOWTO (pdf) document.
The papers should provide sufficient background information including adequate references and clearly indicate the original contribution.
Accepted papers will be published and catalogued at IEEEXplore. Authors of high-quality articles will be invited to submit extended version to special issues in ACM Transactions on Embedded Computing Systems and Image and Vision Computing (pending), respectively.
Paper submission implies that one of the authors will present the paper at the conference if the paper is accepted.
