Paper submission
Submitted papers must follow the IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, ten-point font in the text. The length of submitted papers can be from 6 to 8 pages including figures and references. Papers must be submitted in PDF format.
LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates can be found in the IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings website:
- Authors using Microsoft Word should use the US Letter template and follow the instructions within the template document.
- Authors using LaTex should include the \documentclass[conference]{IEEEtran} option in their latex file and follow the instructions in the IEEEtran_HOWTO (pdf) document.
Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. Authors should not include their names in the submitted manuscripts. Instead, the paper ID obtained from the submission website during paper registration should be used.
The papers should provide sufficient background information including adequate references and clearly indicate the original contribution.
Paper submission implies that one of the authors will present the paper at the conference if the paper is accepted.
